I am 180.5cm tall.

My weight at different times in my life could be very different. At its peak, when I was on the mass cycle, I weighed 77 kg with a fat content of 12%. It was during my trip to the Arab Emirates, i.e. in 2020. Unfortunately, during the pandemic period, there were also declines in muscle mass. It was also caused by undertaking numerous business projects that required my full commitment. Currently, my weight is between 72-73 kg. However, in the near future, I plan to return to increased training activity and achieve my weight within the range of 80-84 kg with the lowest possible percentage of fat. This has always been my plan, so I intend to successively pursue it.

Personally, I am not a supporter of the use of any kind of anabolics, and I have never used any steroids to gain muscle mass. During regular training and building muscle mass, I only used protein supplements and branched chain amino acids. The use of these supplements was rather sporadic - most often in the case of certainty that on a given day I will not provide my body with adequate nutritional, building or regenerative values. I have always believed that a properly balanced diet should fully meet all the needs of our body.

I had a passion for Information Technology from the early years of my childhood. As a little boy, I liked learning about the technological secrets of computers and their operating systems. In my school days, my art skills were also discovered, where my drawings or works created at that time were sent to numerous competitions. In the future, I decided to combine these interests, which resulted in my passion for computer graphics. The fascination with this subject prompted me to study Computer Graphics. The period of developing my social media intensified my love for computer graphics even more, because it was there that I could manifest my numerous artistic visions based on creating a profile or arranging the content I published. I created many of the techniques I use from scratch myself. The knowledge I gained during my studies and numerous courses gave me a solid foundation for what I have currently developed. However, I believe that in order to be good at something and achieve a lot, it is enough to have high ambitions, a vision of your future and a lot of self-denial in pursuing your goals.

The idea to create and run my Instagram appeared quite spontaneously. During one of the hobby photo sessions, together with my partner, one of us proposed a vision of creating a personal album that would be widely available. Due to the fact that we both had a lot of experience in the modeling and hosting industry, we immediately liked this idea. Originally, we saw it as just fun for another hangout activity. We are both famous for initiating interesting visions spontaneously, so it didn't take long for us to start implementing our previously agreed plan. Over the next period of time, we tried to use the possibilities of each of us to improve our activities as much as possible. Using my experience in marketing and computer graphics, I dealt with postprocessing and advised on how to create content to best suit the potential recipient. Agnieszka dealt with the appropriate framing, proposed new ideas for development and dealt with the sphere of our personal self-improvement. The further way in short is just a large amount of self-denial, work on details and continuous improvement of what we have managed to achieve so far.

Initially, I used a standard smartphone for the photos I created. One time, however, I decided to do a qualitative test between the phone and the SLR camera. Despite many manufacturers' opinions that the latest phones can match professional cameras, this test proved to me what a great quality gap there is between these devices. Since then, I use only a professional SLR for all my photo sessions. In recent years, wanting to improve the quality of my photos even more, I decided to buy a new SLR model and a few variable lenses for it. I use the phone mainly to record videos for stories or to take selfies. In recent years, I have been working on several very engaging projects. They are currently the main goal in my life and a kind of dream to fulfill. For some time now, I have been working on opening my online store for retail. Another project is to open my own business operating in the industry of computer graphics and computer programming. In this matter, I have many interesting and innovative ideas that have been on my mind from an early age. I would like to implement them all as soon as possible.
