II. Placing Orders
When placing an order, please provide the data required to complete the order, such as:
- Your name and company/institution name (optional) as required for issuing the sales document and addressing the shipment;
- Address (street, house and apartment number, postal code and city), necessary for addressing and delivery;
- E-mail and telephone number necessary to communicate with you and with carriers;
Data given during the ordering process is processed by the Service and transferred to entities:
- Name and surname, telephone number, postal address and e-mail address indicated as the delivery address are provided to shipping companies in the form of a label / consignment note which is also an order for delivery depending on the selected type of shipment. Our shipping service provider is: InPost Sp. z o.o. based in Krakow (KRS: 0000536554, NIP: 6793087624, REGON: 122726260); Poczta Polska S.A. with its seat in Warsaw (KRS: 0000334972, NIP: 5250007313, REGON: 010684960) and Automater Sp. z o.o. based in Bialystok (KRS: 0000475203, NIP: 9512371767, REGON: 146865327).
- Name and surname, tax identification number and address indicated as data to which the sales document is to be issued are transferred in the form of a sales document to the accounting system: PayPro S.A. based in Poznan (KRS: 0000347935 NIP: 7792369887); PayPal Polska Sp. z o.o. based in Warsaw (KRS: 0000289372, NIP: 5252406419, REGON: 141108225).
- Name and surname, e-mail address, postal address and telephone number indicated as the delivery address are transferred to some of our business partners who deliver selected products.
In case of using a payment using an external payment system, all data provided after switching to the payment operator's website remain registered only in its database and are in no way available or stored by our Website.
Personal data is stored for a period of 5 years from the end of the calendar year following the year in which the sales document was issued, in accordance with the relevant provisions regulating the storage time of accounting documents.
III. Marketing
After subscribing to our Newsletter and giving the appropriate consent, we will ask for your e-mail address to which we will be able to send commercial information about our Website. The Hosting Server is an IT system that, via the Website, automatically collects data related to the device you use in logs. These data are collected only for statistical purposes and relate to: device type, screen resolution, operating system, IP address, type of internet browser, internet service provider, color depth, as well as the address of entering the Website. This information is used only in the optimization process to ensure the greatest possible comfort of using the Website. These data are never combined with the data mentioned above. They only provide the possibility of statistical analysis and support the improvement of system mechanisms. The website uses hosting servers: SeoHost Sp. z o.o with headquarters in Poznan (KRS: 0000939910; NIP: 9721323212). This company does not have direct access to personal data and does not process it in any way. The data is processed for 24 months from the last activity.
X. Transfer of your personal data

If it is necessary for the fulfillment of a contractual or legal obligation, your data may also be transferred to third parties on the basis of separate data transfer agreements.
