If you want to use one of the forms of returns available here on your own, we have prepared a detailed instruction for you in such a situation. You can also use the ready-made forms available on this website.
Complaint about the goods

- In the title of your message please write: "Product complaint - Mrjakos.com - #Order number"and describe the defect of the received product in the message. After receiving your message, we will analyze your problem and respond to your report immediately. Once you are asked to ship your package, you will be able to proceed to the next step.

Then please return the package with the product. Carefully and securely pack the product (so that it is not additionally damaged during the return shipment) together with a written information sheet or a ready-made form, on which the information will be placed:
1) Title: "Product complaint - the name of the advertised product along with its SKU code in the store"
2) Your name and surname
3) Your full residential address
4) Order number for www.mrjakos.com
5) Your contact information - e-mail address and telephone number
6) A detailed description of the defect of the advertised product.

- After sending the package and collecting it by the Customer Service Office, your application will be considered within 14 working days and you will be informed about the result of the complaint via e-mail. If the complaint process is successful, you will be sent a package with a new product as soon as possible.

After receiving a message from you, one of our consultants will analyze your situation and immediately respond to your report. Once you are asked to ship your package, you will be able to proceed to the next step.

- After sending the package and collecting it by the Customer Service Office, your application will be processed within 14 working days and you will be informed about the result of your application via e-mail. If the return process is successful, you will receive a refund.
Exchange of goods:

- In the title of the message, please write: "Exchange of goods - Mrjakos.com - #Order number"and in the text of the message describe the possible reason of the exchange of goods along with information on which other product you want to exchange (product name, size, color variant along with product SKU code).
- Then please send back the product you want to exchange. Carefully and securely pack the product (so that it is not damaged during return shipment) together with an information card, on which you will find information:
1) Title: "Exchange of goods - for a product: the name of the new product along with its shop number and information about its parameters, such as size or color (if the store has many color variants and sizes)
2) Your name and surname
3) Your home address
4) Order number for www.mrjakos.com
5) Your contact information - e-mail address and telephone number
- After sending the package and collecting it by the Customer Service Office, your application will be considered within 14 working days and you will be informed about the result of the goods exchange process via e-mail. If the process of exchanging the goods is successful, you will be sent a package with the previously selected product as soon as possible.
You will then receive further information on how to resolve the price difference (if any) between the exchanged products and you will be asked to send the package.
If you are exchanging the product for a more expensive product, you will have to pay the excess amount. If the newly ordered product is cheaper, the excess money will be refunded. Please note that all shipping costs when exchanging products are covered by the customer.

If you want to exchange for another product as soon as possible, we recommend you making a regular return, at the same time ordering a new product, along with its payment - this is the fastest possible form of exchange available in the provision of commercial services via the Internet.

Additional information
- A complaint, return or exchange form can be created by the customer and will include all the information required for the return/exchange/complaint. The customer can also use the forms below:
- You can return the goods within 14 days of receiving the parcel from our store.
- In accordance with Art. 38 of the Consumer Rights Act, in case of digital products that do not have a material medium, the customer loses the right to return when the file has been downloaded.
- Please make sure that the returned goods are in the same condition in which you received them from our store. It must have all tags, be free of odors and dirt, and its packaging should be intact.
- We will refund your money using the same payment method you used when placing your order. The money will be sent to the same account number used for the payment. You also have the option to pay by bank transfer. You can also change the payment method. You can also change the form of the refund, or the account number to which the refund is made. In that case, please discuss this with our Customer Service team via email.
- The returned goods should be carefully packed so as not to be damaged during transport.
- The Customer bears the costs of packing the parcel and sending the goods back.
- We do not accept cash on delivery returns.
